Q: Are you able to ship delicate and perishable items such as flowers and plants?
A: Yes. We are well used to handling products that are fragile and perishable. We treat every consignment with great care and attention to make sure your goods reach you in perfect condition.
Q: As an Isle of Man resident, why would I need to use Island Express?
A: Living on the Isle of Man can be a pain when you’re shopping online. Many retailers either don’t ship to the island or class it as ‘international’ and charge huge shipping costs. Thanks to our home delivery service, you can order from these retailers without a problem.

Q: Once I’ve received my quote, what do I do next?
A: MOST IMPORTANT: If you want to go ahead and have us deliver your order, you MUST email or WhatsApp with your order details, delivery address and phone number. If you don’t, we won’t know that you’ve placed your order. When you confirm, we will respond with a request for payment. Once payment is received, we can process your order.
Q: Do you collect my item from the store?
A: No. When you place your order, instead of giving your own address, you give the address of our UK depot at Heywood in Lancashire. The retailer will then deliver your order to the depot, and we will ship it to the Isle of Man and deliver to your door.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Once your order has arrived at our UK depot, it normally takes 1-2 working days for it to be shipped to the Isle of Man.
Q: What happens if I miss my delivery?
A: Don’t worry, you can either arrange for it to be redelivered or collect it from our Peel Road Industrial Estate depot.
Q: The item I’ve ordered is large and heavy. Are you able to set it up in my room of choice?
A: Our delivery drivers will be happy to take your item to whichever room you choose, providing it is on the ground floor (as for insurance purposes we’re a freight company rather than a removals company).
